About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Content Producer with a focus on video content creation. This role involves producing compelling and original social media content, predominantly in video format. The ideal candidate will be located in London or be open to working remotely within the UK. You will be adept in various social media content formats and possess skills in video production and editing, utilising tools like Adobe Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, etc. and social media platforms like Facebook, X, TikTok and Instagram.
Your responsibilities will include understanding what engages audiences across different social platforms, staying updated with digital trends, and creating content that resonates with each channel's unique audience. Experience in producing short social media videos, scriptwriting in an engaging manner, and a background in a journalistic setting are beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Develop unique content and enhance existing materials.
Create short-form videos, social graphics, and GIFs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas.
Quickly interpret content briefs and present creative solutions.
Ensure content aligns with current campaign themes and audience trends.
Optimise content for various social channels, considering format and accessibility.
Skills and Experience
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong creative copywriting and content scripting skills.
Background in design, animation, and a news/documentary environment is advantageous.
Familiarity with multiple digital platforms and an understanding of their unique content formats.
Excellent editorial judgement and ability to assess content effectiveness.
Additional Requirements
Self-motivated and adaptable.
Exceptional Russian language proficiency and fluency in English.
Ability to create and present content in both Russian and English.
Experience in team management is a plus.
This position is available for remote or hybrid work within the UK.
