Our founders

During the rise of global internet usage and massive data generation, our founders realised that efforts to protect individuals and organisations against information operations were often too complex for in-house resources to deal with. While working for various large corporations and boutique firms, we continuously tried to make it easier for organisations worldwide to make sense of disinformation, misinformation and malinformation. We mobilised Greydient.io to start our mission to change how organisations understand and defend against malicious information-based threats.

Our story

Greydient was initially just three people with experience in defence and private organisations and a belief in the need to defend good companies from bad actors. With extensive experience in open source intelligence, advanced research and monitoring was the daily norm for us. After leading and participating in numerous projects that empowered companies to proactively reduce their exposure to malicious actors and enable rapid remediation, we decided to join forces to develop a service that is deployable around the globe.

Our business quickly became a success as organisations in various sectors were and continue to be targeted by individuals, groups, competitors, and state-sponsored actors. Marketing and public relations teams often don't have the required technologies and experience to deal with the complexities of information operations such as targeted disinformation campaigns. We have learned to support various business stakeholders at esteemed brand names with preventative measures, early warning and timely remediation capabilities.

We believe that organisations and individuals have the right to fight back against malicious actors that seek to do them harm. We exist to protect good people from the haters, the dictators, and the criminals who profit from the unlawful and unethical misuse of information operations.
